About Flokzu

Flokzu is a workflow automation solution that helps users manage recurring processes. The solution allows users to define processes, create customized workflows and manage service level agreements (SLAs). Users can define fields with a form builder, invite team members to participate on projects and assign tasks. Flokzu provides a single location where users can view projects, task information and attachments. Team members are automatically assigned another task after their first task is finished. Flokzu provides a dashboard that displays information on the number of tasks launched, completed tasks and how many are still pending. The dashboard lets users know the time taken by employees to complete a task, and also flags those tasks that are time-consuming. Flokzu also provides process templates for bug and issue reporting. Users can set issue priority, request additional information and set timelines for resolution. Pricing is per user per month.
