The system also helps users establish and maintain pay for performance strategies. CompensationXL lets users upload their existing Excel workbooks into the solution. Compensation processes in the system can also be molded to fit existing processes. It allows executive to align rewards with organizational or individual performance and manage incentives such as equity and bonus. CompensationXL is priced per employee per year. This product targets midsize market and enterprise organizations.
