ClearPathGPS

ClearPathGPS is a web-based live vehicle tracking solution designed for small and mid-sized field service businesses. An ideal solution for a range of industries including construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, service and delivery, restoration and remediation, pest control, and more. ClearPathGPS updates vehicle positions every 30 seconds and maps vehicle locations with color-coded markers to easily see different vehicle statuses, including whether a driver is speeding, idling, hard braking, or stopped. Geofences can be set up around properties as circles, polygons, or rectangles and these automatically record vehicle and/or asset arrivals and departures. Users can choose to be notified by text and/or email of important events, including unauthorized vehicle use after hours. Employee time cards and client bills can be audited and verified using the data recorded within the system. ClearPathGPS generates virtual timecards from vehicle and/or equipment GPS data, enabling users to track the trips and stops made by drivers throughout the day. The start time, stop locations, time stopped at each location, distance and time between stops, and total mileage, driving time, and stop time for a given period are all recorded, and can be exported to accounting and billing software. ClearPathGPS also produces vehicle behavior scorecards which track cornering, acceleration, braking, and speeding for each driver, and can be used to identify aggressive drivers, as well as wastage of fuel, and wear and tear that would be avoidable under improved driving.
