Easy to set up the Zingtree platform
It is easy to set up the Zingtree platform. The Zingtree Wizard will guide you through setting it up, prompting you for the questions and answers to build each step of your process. Or you can use Visual Designer to draw a flowchart. Zingtree turns your project into working code automatically.
Customize the tree
You also have the option to send visitors to your tree by embedding it in your web site, or have Zingtree host it at no extra charge. Customize the tree with formatted text, images, video, or even your own CSS.
Zingtree’s reports
Zingtree’s reports help you better understand how your Zingtrees are being used. You can check on performance specifics, examine traffic patterns, get demographic data, and more. The platform adds new and helpful reports all the time.
Helps design better products and support documents
With a Zingtree troubleshooter embedded on a client’s web site, customers, support techs and product managers all benefit. Customers answer questions in a simple Q&A format, which in many cases leads to a problem solution. If a problem can’t be solved, support technicians get a full history of the Zingtree session with an email or Zendesk ticket, which eliminates a lot of back-and-forth. Plus, Product Managers can see where the most traveled parts of the decision tree are, as well as other reports, which helps design better products and support documents.
