Ximble, formerly NimbleSchedule, is a cloud-based labor management and scheduling system that helps managers and employees to manage schedules, time off requests and shift swaps. It is suitable for industries including health care, hospitality, retail, maintenance and more. Ximble is cloud-based, with access from anywhere with an internet connection. Users can create schedules and then notify employees via email or text message when a new one is available or changes are made to an existing schedule. Ximble allows employees to pick and choose the shifts they want to work. They can also submit requests for time off as well as shift swap requests.
