The three workflows include real-time data collection and allocation, real-time data collection with after-the-fact allocation, or digital timesheets. WorkMax TIME also tracks job costs including job/project and cost code/task details with custom lists. Primary features of WorkMax TIME include facial recognition, permission profiles, GPS tracking and clock jumping. WorkMax’s unique permission profiles mirror accounting’s job cost structure to show employees only relevant jobs/projects and cost codes/tasks. Additionally, its centralized control center enables administrators to set up roles and grant permissions to help users review, edit, approve, close-out and export time. The solution also facilitates pay groups, union pay, prevailing wage and overtime rules including California overtime with custom shift rules, pay codes/rates and group restrictions. WorkMax TIME integrates with third-party applications including Intuit QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Viewpoint’s ProContractor, Spectrum, and Vista, Sage 50, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE and many more. WorkMax TIME also integrates with WorkMax FORMS and WorkMax ASSETS. It is available on a per user per month subscription pricing and support is offered via phone, email, and chat.
