About WinMed EHR

WinMed EHR is an ONC 2014 certified electronic health record (EHR) system designed to supply medical providers with the tools required to maintain documentation and compliance. The software is aimed at primary care clinics and community health centers, and includes modules supporting Dental, Behavioral Health, OB\GYN, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Family Medicine. The Patient Coversheet displays current and historical medical information, including current, previous, and scheduled encounters, vital signs, problem lists, and PHQ-2/PHQ-9 screening scores, and can be customized to suit specific practice requirements.

Through the patient portal, patients can view personal information including clinical summaries, problem lists, lab results, electronic health records, allergies, medications, and more, and perform a range of tasks, such as downloading health records, requesting medication refills, and securely messaging the practice.

Patient Check-In allows users to see when patients have arrived and enables management of exam rooms in a single view, with indicators for whether rooms are occupied, empty but requiring cleaning, or ready for use.

Order Sets associate commonly-used orders, such as x-rays, labs, patient instructions, and follow-ups, with predetermined categories, with the aim of simplifying the ordering process by allowing users to create plans from a single screen.

With the OB/GYN module, users can document all pregnancy-related information and visits, with auto-generated ACOG forms, flow sheets, ultrasound ordering and viewing, and expanded patient education.
