ITCS-WebClock is a web-based time and attendance solution that allows the browser, smartphone or tablet device to be used as a time clock for clocking in and clocking out employees in real time.
Absence management capabilities track employee time off, requests for leave, period of sickness and more, inviting employees to ask for time off and receive notifications on those requests while facilitating online management approval.
Project and job costing integrates time and expense tracking for comprehensive cost management, associating time tracking data with geo-location, job, client or task codes and generating costing reports that can be exported to Excel / CSV.
A permissions-based expense management module allows administrators to log and track mileage costs, bonuses, additional project / job expenditure and commissions for the purposes of reimbursing staff accurately via payroll integration.
Employee scheduling integrates with the time and attendance module to plan staff shifts while tracking absence and lateness, defining team schedules, notifying via email and allowing employees to view schedules or request changes.
