VPI Capture is an intelligent call and screen data interaction recording platform that can be used in virtually any environment to record multimedia interactions across multiple locations. The solution enables search, playback and reporting capabilities on an open web architecture, and includes an optional Fact Finder toolkit which helps automatically tag data and events to call recordings for actionable insights and improved classification. With VPI Capture, users are able to capture custom call criteria with each recorded call, such as time, date, channel, agent, length of call, inbound/outbound tags, and more. Users can search by any combination of custom criteria captured with each call to locate, playback and share single recordings or groups of multimedia interactions. Personalized web dashboards with built-in metrics provide businesses with insight into customer interactions, allowing users to drill through layers of information within reports and charts. At-a-glance heat maps and graphical displays help visualize business events such as call volumes, types or outcomes per agent or group, and more. VPI Capture’s Fact Finder tool automatically detects business and telephony screen events and tags them to recorded interactions, as well as assembles recordings into business-oriented categories in order to facilitate discovery and analysis. Users can define custom rules for any key performance indicator (KPI) and create automatic notifications to alert users of any abnormal events. Additional platform features include detailed audit trail logs for all user activity, end-to-end data encryption, and seamless integrations with Cisco, Mitel, Avaya, Aspect and more.
