Visitly is a cloud-based visitor management solution for contractors, employees, visitors and customers to sign in and out. The solution is also available as an iPad app that can be used at the lobby or front desk. It includes a web-based dashboard, real-time notifications, badge printing, custom branding and facial recognition. Visitly allows businesses to customize the app by adding logos and changing background colors. The solution provides built-in templates to create different visitor types such as family members, interviewees and delivery personnel. Users can further capture information including name, email, phone number, host name and more for each visitor. Visitly’s facial recognition feature automatically identifies returning visitors and pre-fills visitor information using data from previous visits. The solution also offers a reporting dashboard. Services are offered on per month subscription basis with support available via email, phone and through an online knowledge base.

You can setup one or more delegates for your hosts who will receive notification on the host’s behalf. Ideal for your executives to send notifications to their assistants to receive visitors
