About Viedoc

Viedoc is a cloud-based electronic data capture (EDC) solution designed for use in all phases of clinical trials. The system includes tools for designing, managing, tracking, and analyzing studies, and can be used in contract research organizations (CROs), academia, and the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Viedoc Designer allows users to configure simple and complex studies with ready-to-use templates for creating custom questionnaires and input fields. Studies can be created covering multiple countries and sites, and with a range of user roles. Forms are designed by dragging-and-dropping fields, and users can specify the required number of visits and examinations. Viedoc Admin enables the initiation, management, and closing of studies. Study managers can manage users and sites, and delegate activities to site managers. Viedoc Clinic allows investigators to track activities for each site, and review trial data. Subjects are displayed on individual cards, with indicators for queries, missing data, and other issues. Metrics for each study give users insight into site performance, data quality, and query statuses. Reports can be generated, saved, and shared via email. The ePro module, ViedocMe, can be used by trial subjects to report data, removing the need for site staff to enter data and eliminating potential transcription errors. Subjects can be reminded automatically by SMS and email to record data within designated timeframes.
