Vetical is a web-based electronic medical record (EMR) and veterinary practice management solution designed for veterinary hospitals and practices of all sizes. Users can manage client and patient registers, appointments, medical records, documents, prescriptions, billing & invoicing, inventory, and more. With Vetical, users can maintain registers of all clients and patients, with contact details, addresses, patient histories, notes, and more, as well as upload and store documents and patient photos. Users can also flag any alarming issues in the patient’s record. Electronic medical records allow users to enter all patient information into the system directly and store all data, documents, lab results, x-rays, permission forms, and other important information in a single location. Prescriptions can also be added directly from within the medical record. Vetical allows users to define their working hours, and any vacation days, to specify when appointments can and cannot be booked. Invoice templates are built into the system, and users can customize these with their logo and local sales tax rates. PayPal and Stripe integrations allow users to process card payments, and automatic email reminders remove the need for users to manually chase up overdue invoices. Users also can set up a full register in Vetical of all the services and products they offer, with the ability to organize items into categories, and add timers to all services to receive automatic reminders whenever a patient is due to return for a repeat treatment. Service reminders can be sent to clients by mail or email, and SMS integration also allows appointment, invoice, and service reminders to be delivered by text message.
