About VelociDoc Chartlet

VelociDoc Chartlet is an urgent care EMR system that enables physicians to document almost any patient visit in less than two minutes from start to finish, with single-screen charting functionality and real-time coding recommendations. Users can cover the most frequent urgent care problems using quick, one-page urgent care charts and complaint-driven templates. VelociDoc Chartlet was designed to cover the majority of urgent care chief complaints such as sore throat, sinus congestion, painful urination, and more, through single-page urgent care charts and complaint-driven templates for quick and accurate documentation. Color-coding helps guide physicians using red-to-green workflow tabs, allowing almost any patient visit to be charted in under two minutes. Physicians are able to describe and mark down the patient's problem areas, as well as make notes on severity level, duration, modifying factors and more. Users can prescribe medications to patients by searching the VelociDoc drug database to compose, review and print patient drug prescriptions. Fully integrated with VelociDoc EMR is Practice Velocity’s urgent care practice management software, PVM, which helps users to capture important patient information and accurately record codes. The system comes with tools for A/R follow-up, electronic payments, clinic performance monitoring, and more. Reporting features enable urgent care organizations to track revenue, visit types and CPT codes, as well as analyze reimbursement, visits per hour, and monitor patient time in clinic.
