VBA includes a built-in accounting module, which allows users to maintain multiple account types, manage payer and account information, maintain account balances, transfer funds, void transactions, review funding requests, print pre-check reports, perform reconciliations, process checks, void checks, process refunds, and more. VBA can be used to track credentialing information, including office hours, accessibility, quality, licensing, malpractice carriers, attestation, and more, with the ability to create multiple procedures, by provider, and define field values. Users can also define recredentialing schedules to receive reminders and event notifications. VBA also includes modules for authorizations, capitation, commission management, enrollment, notes, care management, reinsurance, events, call tracking, grievances, reporting, fee scheduling, provider management, premium billing, and more.
