About Vacationizr

Vacationizr is an employee vacation and leave management software for single or multiple offices, which offers tools for employees to make time off requests, and management to approve and oversee requests. Manage all types of absences online, in a paperless manner from the web app. Vacationizr aims to help management get a better view of their employee’s availability and whereabouts, while also giving employees a portal to make requests and view the upcoming leave scheduled for their themselves and their teammates. Employees are able to view their own personal calendar within Vacationizr with details on upcoming approved vacation days or absences, and remaining balance for the rest of the year, as well as a calendar for their co-workers planned absences. Users can make their leave requests from the self service employee portal, with requests automatically routed to the assigned manager for approval. Management users are able to view their pending requests from the Approvals tab and can accept or reject requests routed from their assigned colleagues. Data is provided on remaining vacation days and any overlaps within teams in order to aid decision making during approvals.
