Ultracharts is a practice management software from American Medical Software that contains features needed to manage operations of solo practices with a single workstation and the enterprise-level clinics with multiple sites and specialties. The integrated Practice Management system is comprised of a certified EMR with e-prescribing, billing, financial management, appointment scheduling, and patient portal. Each of these modules can be purchased separately or together, allowing practices to build a solution that meets their unique needs. The electronic medical records module offers a vast library of customizable templates to help improve documentation speed and accuracy while also reducing costs and improving patient care. The EMR module reduces scanning by providing laboratory integration and digital image management. The appointment-scheduling module includes open encounter tracking throughout the practice for streamlined office workflow, and batch and real time eligibility verification.
