TruQu is an online feedback collection and management platform designed for organizations big and small that wish to engage employees in peer-based personal development. Through the system, employees are invited to take control of their own progress by leveraging continuous, real time 360-degree feedback features via a web-based dashboard and mobile applications. Individuals and team members can very simply ask peers, colleagues and managers for responses to feedback questions linked directly to specific performance goals. Feedback can then also be submitted by those work contacts residing outside the organization to widen the net to external clients, partners and customers, while using any standardized feedback questionnaires deployed by the company. Requests can have personal messages attached and sent in batch to multiple people, along with the ability to give "compliments" instead that signify appreciation and can be shared socially Facebook-style among peers.
