Toggl Plan (previously Teamweek) is a web-based solution for task scheduling, project planning, and team management. Users create and schedule tasks using a drag-and-drop interface, producing a color-coded timeline of the work to be completed. Boards view is perfect for prioritising or following up on task statuses. Marking tasks as done helps with progress tracking and increases accountability within a team. Toggl Plan provides a clear overview from two perspectives: users can see all tasks that need to be done within the scope of a single project, or they can get an easy overview of all the tasks their team members are working on. This makes Toggl Plan perfect for both project planning and team management. Users can set different access rights for team members, determining whether they can edit or only view events and schedules. In addition, Toggl Plan's schedules are easy to share with a simple generated url. Toggl Plan also has a calendar integration to export tasks to iCal, Google and Outlook 360. There is a one-way time tracking integration from Toggl Plan to Toggl the time tracking tool (set up in Toggl interface) and a browser extension for connecting with other popular webapps such as JIRA, Podio, Github etc.
