About ThousandEyes

ThousandEyes is a cloud-based network monitoring tool suitable for large and midsize businesses across all industries. It offers tools to help manage application delivery, view real-time performance data and receive alerts and reports. Network data monitoring tools include network visualizations that allow users to view loss per interface, latency per link and path changes over time at various points along the network path. Visualizations include enterprise, WAN and internet segments. ThousandEyes can monitor TCP, VoIP, FTP and HTTP-based traffic, as well as remotely-hosted applications and remote-worker performance. ThousandEyes offers network outage detection, which identifies routing issues and provides users with possible causes for the outage. Routing issues are grouped by country and autonomous system. Users can also configure reports and alerts, view historical data and save events such as configuration changes. Support is offered through an online knowledge base, chat, email and over the phone. Monthly and annual pricing is available.
