Therapy Partner is a web-based practice management software that helps clinicians perform tasks such as scheduling, patient records management, billing and credit card processing. Therapy Partner also offers billing and accounting features such as expediting funds, credit card processing, making balance payments, tracking outstanding balances and securing financial storage. The software supports practice reporting and preparation of insurance-ready patient statements that can be emailed every month. The practice summary reports that are generated periodically help in tracking revenues and outstanding balances, the tool also allows users to create and store therapy notes & progress notes and electronically sign them when completed, templates for which can be chosen from a library of professional note types. The product offers group practice features to add or remove associates and admin users, view associate activity and revenue reports, manage multiple calendars & associate schedule and ensure role-based access to billing and financials.
