About The Diary CarePro

The Diary CarePro is a mobile care management platform and workflow tool, designed for care coordinators to promote patient participation in their care plans and automate care coordination. CarePro enables users to create care plan tasks for themselves, their colleagues, and patients, and prioritize these tasks using the built-in task sharing system and calendar.
