The Critical Path (TCP) from ProJacked is a cloud-based application for enterprises looking to add end-to-end project and portfolio management. Spanning planning all the way up to and including delivery, TCP is available across three monthly, per user pricing plans to add company page, custom templates, portfolio management and an account manager beyond standard features. Automatic calendaring syncs with iCal to schedule due dates and tasks, meeting minutes templates share "decision items" and time logging keeps team member efforts clocked. User management allows role-based permissions to be defined to limit access, while system field changes are all date and time-stamped to assist with auditing. Users can define workflows and approvals across methodologies, flag project problems or issues, make change requests, review quality and leverage automated reporting to keep stakeholders invested in performance.
