TextUs is a cloud-based text messaging platform designed for inside sales, recruiting and customer service teams to communicate with leads, candidates, and customers. The solution enables users to send and manage text messages from desktop and mobile devices, with a web app and extension for Google Chrome, and native mobile apps for Android and iOS. Users can also text-enable existing phone numbers and integrate the software with their customer relationship management (CRM) systems. TextUs allows users to send group broadcast messages to up to 250 contacts simultaneously. Name merged message templates can be used to send personalized messages to multiple contacts, and responses are automatically converted into one-to-one conversations. A/B testing enables the optimization of message templates, and users can track response rates to measure results. Contact spreadsheets can be uploaded to TextUs using the drag-and-drop uploader, and the automatic reverse phone number lookup ensures that messages are being sent to mobile numbers.
