Create aptitude tests from scratch or have the Tazio team create a bespoke assessment tailored to business needs. Identify the most suitable candidates by analyzing their culture fit, personality, situational judgement, cognitive ability, language proficiencies, and skills.
Generate realistic job previews to test how candidates perform in realistic situations relating to the role they have applied for. Candidates also get the opportunity to see if the job is right for them by experiencing real job tasks.
Analyze the performance of candidates with situational judgement tasks which assess a candidate's ability to resolve issues and react to unexpected situations in the workplace. SJTs can include a series of audio and video clips, animations, or simple text situations.
Schedule and carry out video interviews with Tazio in order to pre-assess candidates before scheduling a face-to-face interview. Video interviews are automated and create unbiased results as the same questions are asked to each candidate.
Manage candidates within the searchable database, and filter candidates based on aspects such as skills, experience, location, and more. Provide feedback to candidates via email and provide them with greater insight into roles.
