Talentnow RecruitX is an applicant tracking system and recruitment tool for staffing agencies which offers tools for managing jobs, candidates, clients, vendors, and users, as well as features for creating a career website, parsing resumes, sending out email broadcasts, filtering candidates, and more. RecruitX allows recruitment agencies to source candidates automatically for clients and identify their most promising opportunities. With RecruitX, recruiters can create jobs for clients and view all of their open jobs in one place, with the possibility to filter and search through open job positions when trying to place candidates. Candidates can be sourced automatically within RecruitX using artificial intelligence to identify the most relevant opportunities. Candidates can be automatically imported from integrated third party job boards including Indeed, Jobble, Trovit, and more, and resumes sent to any integrated inbox or an integrated careers website are automatically added to the RecruitX system. A candidate database is then built automatically, using data parsed from resumes and applications to create profiles, and users can build a candidate pipeline for each open job position. Candidates can be moved through the pipeline with sourced, submitted, interviewed, offered, hired, and rejected stages. RecruitX also includes an advanced search functionality to allow businesses to find candidate matches by searching for specific keywords.
