About Standuply

Standuply is a project management bot for Slack which acts as a digital scrum master for asynchronous standup meetings. The solution enables voice, video and text standups across time zones and integrates with third-party solutions to give users access to Agile charts, task reports, and other data. With Standuply, users can record audio and video messages of up to 5 minutes within their browser, which are uploaded privately to YouTube and shared as links in Slack. Asynchronous standup meetings can be run according to user-defined schedules, based on either a single specified time zone or every team member’s local time zone. Standuply automatically notifies participants at the scheduled time to respond to the pre-defined questions, with responses automatically collected and used to generate project status reports, which can be delivered email, DM, or Slack channel. Standuply allows users to set up follow-up reminders and run one-off and recurring polls. Sprint goals can be shared through integration with JIRA, Trello, Github , and Google Analytics, and team performance can be tracked using imported data and charts from connected applications. Standuply also enables live video conferences to discuss answers collected asynchronously, with automatic notification of up to 50 participants at the scheduled meeting time.
