SQCpack is a scalable statistical process control (SPC) solution which helps SMBs manage their quality control program with SPC data analysis and collection tools, audit trails, and security technology. Straightforward deployment, implementation and operation ensures that SQCpack is simple to use for all team members, from the shop floor to senior management. SPC data analysis tools aim to help users optimize process performance and enhance productivity. Offering a variety of SPC control charts, including histograms and Pareto diagrams, alongside process capability calculations, SQCpack provides users with all the tools to create, edit and analyze control charts, and perform process capability analysis. Real-time feedback and the real-time statistical process control dashboard allow users to monitor processes, control issues, and prioritize attention. SQCpack facilitates data collection through integration with existing systems, handheld devices and other CMM (capability maturity model) equipment. Users can access data from different devices including gauges, scales, callipers, and micrometers, and collect data from flow meters, spectrometers, barcode scanners, and more. SQCpack also allows users to import data from other applications through CSV and TXT files. SPC data security features allow users to manage rights and user roles, while SQCpack's auditing functionality helps users maintain complete control by allowing them to review a log of data changes.
