With the aim of speeding up and simplifying lead conversions, SmartCloud Connect integrates customizable Salesforce email templates, provides a Dialer tool to make calls directly from the email inbox, encourages social network connection with links and attachments, and facilitates contact merge to create a single rich record from multiple duplicate records. SmartCloud Connect also provides users with insight into whether a sent email has been opened, as well as when and where it was opened, using the Magic Pixel tool.
