About SessionCloud

SessionCloud is a cloud-hosted solution for the management and provisioning of softphones, suitable for small businesses requiring generic or custom softphone apps, and IP PBX resellers, VoIP operators, and calling card providers serving multiple small business customers. SessionCloud offers generic iOS and Android native softphone apps for small businesses, which can be customized with company logos and balance displays. Audio and video calls can be made, and recorded from the in-call screen, and SMS messages can be sent and received. Calls can be transferred to other users, voicemails can be received and played, and conference calls are supported. Dial plans can also be created using the built-in call number rewriting tool, to remove digits, add prefixes, and create rules, with a test tool allowing users to test plans before dialing. SessionCloud also offers custom white label solutions to create custom Android or iOS softphones, either individually for small businesses, or as a white label SIP product for VoIP operators to offer different branded apps to each of their customers. App icons, color schemes, ‘About’ screens, splash screens, and in-call screens can all be customized to match company branding. For all softphone apps, users can select different login screen options, allowing multiple subdomains to be supported, and authorization usernames to be requested in addition to a user’s own username and password.
