Users create forms from a large selection of pre-styled, customizable templates and then embed into any website using a simple code snippet compatible with a host of popular third-party tools. Serviceform integrates with CMS and web publishing platforms including Drupal, Squarespace, Shopify, Unbounce, Weebly, Instapage, WordPress, Joomla, PrestaShop and LightCMS, while also embedding into Facebook for taking social media bookings. Additional highlight features go on to include Serviceform's drag & drop form builder that requires no HTML editing or development knowledge. Payment handling and credit card processing is handled via Stripe, subject to the gateways own fees, while dynamic pricing modeling supports complex pricing structures and the automatic quote generator issues custom fees to customers. Availability and staff management scheduling is achieved through a calendar that connects with Google, event and ticketing features facilitate event creation to maximum attendee counts, and email / SMS notifications provide custom communications such as booking reminders. Lastly, Serviceform includes its own analytics tools for reviewing statistics in terms of form interactions, identifying key trends for raising lead conversion rates.
