About ServiceBridge

ServiceBridge is a field service management solution designed to help technicians both in the office and in the field manage their work orders, scheduling and dispatching, billing, and more. Franchise operations who specialize in lawn care, cleaning services, pest control and many others use this system. ServiceBridge also offers two-way integration with QuickBooks Online. ServiceBridge features an interactive map to customize driving routes, prioritize jobs, track departures and arrivals and more. Contracts, service agreements and invoices are all stored securely online, and they can be quickly emailed to customers as PDFs. The system is compatible with Windows, Mac, iPads and other tablets. Technicians can access job data, customer information and capture photos and signatures while in the field. The system offers an offline mode, so if techs are working in an area with limited connectivity, they can sync data once an internet connection is re-established.
