The team dashboard is customizable and by configuring the global settings users can set up how the dashboard would appear across the salon groups.

The team dashboard would show the performances based on care factor, retail, client count, request rate and rebooking rate. For instance, if an individual got low on care factor, retail, and client count; the dashboard would show red flags for such individual. However, if the individual performs high on other KPIs such as rebooking rate and request rate, stars would show such high performance. In addition, users can also view the statistics of an individual or salon groups indicating the number of new clients, requests, new requests, as well as their average bill. The team dashboard also shows the brands and product types that they sold.
