Data rooms are automatically updated with summaries on-screen, including email reports on what’s new in the platform. Safelink enables data rooms and extranet facilities to be custom-branded, in order to match the organization’s image. Security features include encryption, two-factor authentication, and certified data centers. The solution encrypts user information before it is stored on Safelink’s servers using bank-grade 256-bit encryption. Only people with authorization can access the encryption keys. Optional two-factor authentication can require users to log in using an SMS code or physical key, alongside user IDs and passwords. All data is protected by firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and multi-layer access controls.
