Roomzilla is a meeting room reservation system which integrates with calendar systems like Google, Outlook, Office 365 and Exchange to help users schedule and manage their office space, including conference rooms and office equipment. Roomzilla also supports API integration, reports, an approval queue, and more. The platform enables users to manage desk sharing and other office real estate, as well as meeting room reservations all from one place. As a cloud solution, Roomzilla enables users to manage conference rooms anytime, anywhere, via any internet-enabled device, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobiles. Reporting tools give users valuable insight into meeting room usage and booking behavior. Roomzilla supports check-in and auto-delete features to help users manage the problem of ‘ghost reservations’ ie. individuals booking rooms and not showing up. Users can compare and select rooms by location, capacities, or availability via an interactive timeline.
