With the aim of helping roofing businesses to close more sales and deliver professional bids to their customers, RooferPro provides features to track, manage, and market to every client throughout each step of the sales cycle. The contact management tools facilitate access to client information and documents, prospecting details, job notes, client history, to-do lists, opportunities, and more, and all communication with a specific client can be tracked through the contact tab. RooferPro integrates with QuickBooks in order to autofill pre-defined fields on contact forms including name, company, address, phone number, website, email, and more. Contacts and prospects can be assigned to company sales reps for personal tracking and communication throughout the conversion process. In order to aid sales reps in managing their day-to-day tasks RooferPro facilitates the tracking of tasks and activities, scheduling of meetings, creation of estimates, assignment of jobs, creation of templates, and more. Users can see what their fellow sales team members are working on at any time, and assign tasks as needed based on availability or skills. The shared calendar provides a space for users to input individual or team meetings and activities, and view their colleagues' agenda.
