About RingSky

RingSky is a cloud-hosted PBX (Private Branch Exchange) solution which can be accessed from any desk phone, smartphone, tablet, or desktop with an internet connection. The system offers a wide range of features, including voicemail to email, call monitoring, selective call recording, remote transfer, click to call, auto attendants, and more. RingSky allows users to employ personal account codes, which enables the making and receiving of calls only if the code is entered, allowing users to turn any phone into their own personal phone. The “find me, follow me” feature also enables users to receive calls on any device at any location, including landlines, cell phones, and voice mailboxes. Faxes and voicemails can be sent to users’ preferred email addresses as file attachments, allowing users to view faxed documents or listen to voicemail messages on any device. RingSky allows users to set up unique numbers for each extension, for both incoming calls and outbound caller ID. Multiple auto-attendants are built in, including personal, scheduled, and chained attendants. Attended, blind, intercom, and voicemail call transfer can be set up, and call waiting and call queue functionality is also included. The voicemail system supports default and customized greetings, name recording, voicemail forwarding, voice messaging call back, and more. Other features include auto device provisioning, anonymous call rejection, conferencing, video telephony, 2-stage dialing, pre-paid calling, default and personalized hold music, instant messaging, extension dialing, busy lamp field (BLF), call scheduling, call forwarding, and inbound and outbound call logging.
