The cloud-based nature of Remote Landlord allows users to manage their finances in one place, scan and archive documents, eliminate errors or duplication, and search the entire system for tenant data or files. Users can manage other financial aspects including cash receipts, check deposits, general ledger, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and more. The Legal Calendar module helps property managers to identify late payments and schedule upcoming court dates for legal issues, and all documents or data related to legal processes can be accessed within the module.
