About Provet Cloud

Provet Cloud is a cloud-based veterinary practice management system, suitable for mobile vets, small to large clinics, and veterinary hospitals. Included are tools for appointment scheduling, vet-to-client communications, records management, staff scheduling, resource management, and reporting, as well as an online booking system for clients. Provet Cloud includes a dashboard to give users an overview of appointments and consultations, throughout the consultation process, even in clinics where patients may be treated by multiple vets in different departments at the same time. Users can access information on consultations, patients, invoices, and more, and provide cost estimates for clients before their appointments. Invoices are automatically generated in Provet Cloud from a predefined procedure and service price list, and clients can see the breakdown of all treatments and medications administered during procedures. Provet Cloud automatically sends clients reminder emails or text messages for appointments, regular health check-ups, upcoming vaccinations, and more. Consultation reports and home care advice can also be sent to clients after an appointment. Clients can book appointments through an online portal, and Provet Cloud’s inbuilt diary displays bookings for multiple vets and facilities, with users able to schedule appointments with a single click.
