Proggio is a FREE cloud-based visual project planning and management solution which is designed to help teams manage short-term, long-term, recurring, and continuous delivery projects. The software aims to provide users with a clear, accurate visualization of their projects and portfolios to be presented to management.Proggio allows users to plan projects visually, with the ability to add multiple work streams, activities, and tasks to a dynamic timeline. Individual tasks can be given deadlines and assigned to team members, and built-in messaging enables communication and collaboration between users in real time. Task dependencies can be tracked, milestones can be visualized, and buffers can be built into project plans. The click-and-drag interface allows users to forecast the impact of delays and missed deadlines.With Proggio, users can track team and work stream confidence levels, engagement rates, task progress, and open activities in real time. Planned and actual expenses can be added to each activity, allowing users to generate budget reports which include details of planned and actual expenses and labor costs, a summary of project costs up to the current date, and expected costs until the project is completed. Color-coded project health scores are also displayed to give users at-a-glance insight into which of their projects are over, under, or on budget.
