Profit is an OKR (objectives and key results) goal setting and tracking tool for managing individual, team, and organization-wide goals for businesses of all types and sizes. Businesses can utilize Profit to define custom metrics and roll out OKRs, based on these metrics, across the entire company in order to track goals and results. Profit comes with over 300 pre-defined business performance metrics and also allows users to define their own custom metrics based on personal or business-specific goals. Businesses can ensure that all individual or team OKRs maintain alignment with organizational goals using aligned OKRs that allow businesses to trickle down company-level OKRs to every individual employee.Employees can define their objectives and key results using Profit’s OKR templates and OKR creation wizard, which offers guidance on how OKRs should be structured, prioritization of goals, and weightings of each individual goal. OKRs can be structured with either top-down or bottom-up planning in order to ensure all goals are aligned across the organization in some way, and to maintain individual alignment with larger team and organizational goals. Alignment scores are automatically generated for each goal to help users identify areas for improvement. OKRs can be tracked in real time, with users able to monitor progress towards their own goals, as well as their colleagues. One-to-one meetings can be scheduled within the Profit platform for reviewing OKRs, and all meeting agendas and outcomes are stored in one place.
