If users do not agree with price recommendations or choose to override them, it is possible to customize pricing with full control over minimum and maximum prices, minimum and maximum stay rules, event or seasonal pricing, and more. In order to ensure listing prices are always accurate and up-to-date, PriceLabs integrates with various property management systems (PMS) such as BookingSync, Airbnb, and Vreasy to facilitate continuous synchronization of prices. PriceLabs allows businesses to gain an overview of their portfolio’s performance with a customizable analytics dashboard which provides reports on listing performance, bookings, revenue, average price of bookings, and more.
