PeopleStrategy eHCM also features payroll management, which allows users to calculate employee gross and net data and manage taxes. The “Talent Acquisition” module enables users to manage job requisitions, job postings, resume screening, interviews, and communications with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers. PeopleStrategy eHCM offers Benefits Administration, which allows employers to complete Open Enrollment and to manage life event changes online. Through Workforce Management, users can track time and attendance as well as scheduling. Performance Management allows employers to manage the entire performance review process online.
