PaySimple Pro is a cloud-based service offering point of sale, payment processing, billing and invoicing and customer relationship management (CRM) tools within a suite. It is suitable for small to midsize businesses in industries such as construction, hospitality, nonprofit, retail and property management. For repeat payments at consistent amounts, users can configure recurring billing and automated notifications to alert clients that bills are due. Users receive notifications when bills are paid or if a payment is late. Configurable payment pages, online forms and branded email alerts are available. Users can take e-check, ACH or credit card payments over the phone, in person or bill customers later. PaySimple detects existing customer accounts and creates email receipts. CRM features include a client portal, automated email messaging and customer activity reports.
