About Oreka TR

Oreka TR is a cross-platform, open source call recording solution for small, medium and enterprise-level contact centers or communication service providers. Capable of recording VoIP, RoIP and TDM-based telephony within the same system and on the same server, the software captures and archives audio streams, computer screen activity and even mobile phone / SMS communications. Oreka's user interface, OrkWeb, is accessible within the cloud and centralizes live call monitoring and the playback of recordings via the browser's media player. A real time dashboard summarizes call performance data to provide quick access to daily call totals, duration, active call status, a log of the total calls recorded and more. As a PCI and HIPPA compliant solution, Oreka TR can be fully audited thanks to every action and activity timestamped to identify which user has performed what and when. This principle is also applied to call recordings, adding the ability to tag files with notes, bookmarks and categories that can be searched more accurately with multi-criteria filtering. Additionally, by leveraging third-party speech analysis and phrase spotting tools, auto-tagging support within Oreka allows particular phrases of interest to be identified and flagged before identifying each point of occurrence within the audio player.
