Optimum HR is a full-featured Human Resources software solution, available across Optimum HRIS’ on-premise and cloud-based deployment options. As part of a broader suite of apps with access to one common database, Optimum HR is seamlessly integrated with neighboring Payroll and Time & Attendance products to eliminate redundant data entry. Designed to ease the difficult and labor-intensive task of Human Resources record-keeping, management and compliant reporting, the software promises to keep employee information accurate, up front and secure. Store and edit an unlimited amount of detailed employee records via browser or client/server interface, listing personal details, addresses and portrait photos. With the optional Applicant Tracking module this is extended to logging job applications for new candidates, while Time & Attendance integration adds attendance management. Employee Self Service (ESS) support also enables portal access for employees wishing to update their own records. Critically, Optimum HR provides Affordable Care and OSHA guidelines for maintaining compliancy, while adding EEO, COBRA and Workers Compensation reporting options.
