About Nimbus

Nimbus is a cloud document management platform with a secure integrated client portal for businesses of all sizes. The solution combines server file storage with email communications, shared document editing, digital document signing, webform checklists, and practice management/DM database integration for a complete paperless office and streamlined workflow. Additional key features include team-based security and workflow, MS Office add-ins, and CRM integration. Nimbus includes cloud document management (CDM) with a file system and automatic document versioning which enables users to create documents from standard or user defined templates. Features include online editing and viewing for various document types, as well as MS Office add-ins for direct integration to Nimbus. Users can define custom document metadata, manipulate PDFs, rearrange pages, append files, apply custom stamps, and more. Nimbus CDM also features search functionality, full text keyword analysis, various display modes and custom views, as well as flat file and folder based user interfaces. Users can share documents with their clients via the client portal and use the Nimbus Common Document tool which includes features for client communication, digital document signing, document storage, and a method for sending and receiving documents.
