About Nicoka HR

Nicoka is an intuitive human resource management system. It builds a central database containing all relevant employee information, accessible according to the permissions set by managers. Each sheet contains all personal information, a photo, details of leave, compensation data, documents, training courses attended, etc. All this information can be configured to show only what is needed. Users can also add their own fields. Employees with access to Nicoka can view and update their own information whenever they wish. Managers can define which users have access to what information. Employees can also use the application to enter their leave requests, expenses and fill out time sheets. Managers can enter employee leave, validate or reject requests through configurable workflows, view schedules and generate reports. Nicoka contains a simple and complete report construction tool that allows users to view and extract all the information they need. The data can then be transmitted to third-party applications via the Nicoka API.
