NetX is a digital asset management solution that helps to reduce content production time and streamline digital library management workflows. The solution can either be hosted on the cloud or be deployed on-premises with installed licenses. NetX clients include media curators, content producers, global marketers, graphic designers, digital asset managers, digital archivists, and brand managers. NetX offers an intuitive user interface that provides three different views: thumbnails, tile format, and grid view. This enables users to switch between the views as per their screen size and renders it mobile and tablet-friendly. It also provides admin features that enable users to have better control over the use of the application. Graphic designers can select multiple assets in one go for bulk edit and also modify individual attributes of assets using any device type. The workflow module enables asset managers to automate repetitive processes and embed access permission logic. If the requestor is confirmed as an authorized user, then an email with access instruction and link is directly sent to them. NetX supports various file formats such as PDFs, videos, audios, documents and images. It also partners with other vendors including Adobe, MediaRich, and Telestream to support file format conversion. NetX has open APIs that allow experienced designers to create custom processes for data import and export from external systems. The platform offers Hydra Data Manager to enhance scalability. It syncs multiple NetX instances to provide a scalable interface for enterprises. Other features offered by the solution include custom branded portals, user dashboard, data filtering and keyword search. NetX also offers active directory and single sign-on feature for easy access.
