Holiday entitlement for staff is calculated automatically, whether they are full-time, part-time, or on variable hours, and holiday can be measured in hours or days with the ability to switch between the two.
Employee absences can be recorded, fit notes and ‘back to work’ documents stored with incidents, Bradford factors are automatically calculated and absence patterns flagged.
Users can choose to receive a weekly management email, which includes details of new starters and employees who are leaving, upcoming holiday bookings, training which is due to expire, the previous week’s sickness and general absences, upcoming employee birthdays and work anniversaries, and more.
Employee documents, including job descriptions, contracts, CVs, identification documents, and work permits can be stored in the document library, with automated reminders for document expiry.
Employees can be added to or removed from the employee database using the inbuilt starter and leaver wizards, and a full audit trail enables users to track what information has been changed, when, and by who.
