The product caters to the needs of municipal governments & authorities, as well as large enterprises dealing in asset management. MuniLogic is a modular solution and the users have an option of either deploying individual modules or the entire suite as an integrated solution. The property management module of the product enables capturing & storing all property related data for an entity including owner information, financial data, or sales history of a property. The module also enables the capturing of visual data such as sub-division plans, aerial images, and sewer assessments. The document management module enables the storing, searching, and sorting of documents associated with the other modules. It also offers a check-in / check-out feature for version control and the ability to locate documents by asset, date, department, or any other criteria. The product offers robust reporting capabilities modeled on crystal reports, which enables the generation & querying of customized reports.
